All products purchased from SaBio Therapeutics are guaranteed for quality, purity, and potency through their expiration date. Please read the following policy carefully before initiating a return.
How Do I Return Something?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is as follows:
- A 100% refund will be issued on your unopened item(s) returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be returned in the same (or similar) condition in which they were received.
- Opened returned products will be discarded and no refund or credit will be issued.
- Returns must be made within thirty (30) days and require preauthorization.
- All returns are subject to a 15% return fee.
To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] or call 1-844-309-0910 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your item back.
When Will I Get a Refund?
Please note that all returns will be held temporarily for 14 days after they are received. Currently, refunds may take up to 21 days to process after the return is received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We thank you for your patience.
Did Any of Your Products Arrive Damaged?
If your order arrived damaged, please follow these steps:
- Hold on to your shipment and DO NOT discard any damaged boxes, packaging, or products.
- You may be asked to provide photographs of the damages to help in the processing of your claim.
- Any claims of shortage or damage must be made within seven (7) days of receiving your package.
- Place a shipping claim by contacting Customer Support at (844) 309-0910 (M–F: 9am–5pm EST), or email [email protected].
Subscription Orders
For subscription orders, you may cancel your subscription at any time by signing into your account or by contacting us at 1-844-309-0910. Cancellations must be made before the next scheduled shipment to avoid being charged for that order. Subscription orders that have already shipped are subject to the standard return policy above.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially used products.
- Products returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Products returned after the 30-day return window.
- Products that have been tampered with or show signs of misuse.
